If nothing moves in your landscape but a lawnmower, it's time to think about designing a natural yard.

WILD ONES will help you learn how

Guided by the philosophy...

"If suburbia were landscaped with meadows, prairies, thickets, or forests, or combinations of these, then the water would sparkle, fish would be good to eat again, birds would sing and human spirits would soar"

...Lorrie Otto, Wild Ones founder

A Brief History of our Chapter

Wild Ones is a national organization whose headquarters are in Wisconsin. The Gibson Woods chapter was established in 2000, when several people gathered at Gibson Woods, eager to learn about the benefits of landscaping with native plants. 16 years later,

our chapter has over

60 active members.
